There is no precedent for some foreign entity, non-elected at that, to take over our country. Yes, it will be a takeover when they will be allowed to mandate any health crisis they wish. If WHO was to invade the US and win the battle, then a takeover would be natural. But this is not natural and acceptable under any circumstances.
